The morning after look again. Not bad considering 20 months ago I was bald and 3 months ago I was in surgery at the ASANTO hair transplant clinic.
Day 92 - Bye Warwick

Warwick - the clinic's UK manager left today and so I'm by myself on Mykonos for a couple of days.
Safe journey Warwick!
I'll be completely relaxing although the weathers turned a little windy so the beach might be out of the question.
Hey ho, at least I already have the tan.
Day 93 - Sleep And More Sleep

Had a lot of sleep today and after a shower, feel mighty refreshed.
I'm off out (that's me just watching the sunset) for my last night on the town.
The hair is looking great and I feel so confident.
Day 94 - Homeward Bound

Well I'm packed and starting my journey home. Here's one last picture from Mykonos with a view of the back of my head as well.
Not bad for hung over and very tired (and also a little sad to be leaving the island)
Day 95 - Back In England

Not much to write today as it's my first day back home and plenty of catching up to do.
Hair is great as the "fur" is really coming through fast now and my scalp is a darker with the new hairs coming through - still 1 more month until it s really noticable but I know it's there!
Day 97 - Hair Loss No More

I was thinking today as i was recovering from my hangover of what's happened to me over the last 20 months.
Not going to deep here but my life has really changed in every way.
I have lots of hair, lots of confidence and I truly believe I am now a better person.
I would never have gone away by myself before nor have the guts to chat to people and make new friends.

Day 98 - Hair Growing

Decided it's time to grow my hair a little and let the new hair catch up when it comes through strong.
It's difficult though as I really am clueless how to style it...comes with being bald so long I suppose.
Planning my next trip to Mykonos - 6th September so I have 7 weeks to get my style right and at the7 week mark I'll be at 5 months so 60% of the new growth should be through.
Happy days ahead.
Day 99 - The Tattoo

Day 101 - Another Hair Cut

Can't believe how fast my hair grows!
Though I'd give the sides a quick trim myself and tidy it up a little - didn't realise I'd end up with such a good hairstyle!
 
Day 103 - Not Bald In Brighton

Spending the weekend in Brighton with 98 degrees, a head full of hair and confidence - should e a great weekend.
The spots have cleared up now and the fur is getting thicker.
Day 104 - The Sun Is Shining

The sun is shining it's a gorgeous day and I've spent most of the morning looking out to sea and soaking up the rays. Can life get any better...
...well actually yes. I have at least 4000 hairs (transplanted and shock-lost) coming through and in a matter of months my hair will be that much thicker!!
Day 105 - Memory Lane

Taking a nice slow trip back up to London with Warwick (UK Manager of ASANTO clinic) being given a tour of some of the places he used to live and seeing a very small part of his life before I knew him....I feel honoured!
What a gorgeous area this is.
Day 108 - Hair Compliment

Had a good mate come round today who commented on my hair...
"it seems everytime I see you you have more hair. Isn't it getting thick on top."
You can imagine how I feel after an unpromptedcomment like that!
Day 113 - Looking Thicker

Driving back from Birmingham and stuck in traffic I noticed (in my rear view mirror) that my hair is much more dense on top with the new hairs causes a "shadow" on my scalp.
I think I am beyond the vellus stage and into mid stage with some of the hairs already at Terminus stage. That means (if I'm right) that I'm a month away from most of the hairs being at Terminus stage and 2 months away from being at 60% growth (of the new hairs)
Day 115 - Chillin'

Decided last week to give the house a fresh coat of paint so for a week now I've been doing just that. Not long until I finish - my lilbrois round helping out so by Friday, I should have done.
Hair is very messy on this pic, just had a shower and chillinfor a bit - Look a little bit like Mr Fluffy-Head :)
Day 116 - Another Tattoo...

It wasn't meant to be until next week but the tattoo artist had a slot.
Got the Dragon on my shoulder so wanted it to be linked with another on my back.
The result is amazing.
Got to go back in 2 weeks to have some more water painted in but even like this it is superb!
I couldn't imagine me having the confidence to do this a few years ago - a full head of hair really helps!
Day 117 - Hair, Hair, Hair

Getting to the stage now where doing my hair is a doddle.
Just put a bit of "Fudge" in it, slick it back, give it a shake and point the back out. That's it!
I remember using DermMatch darkener, being particular about every hair and still having a complex about being able to see my scalp...
... Now I have no complex, just easy managable hair that is getting thick enough to cover my scalp...but who cares, I already have a good head of hair which is what I wanted.
In a few months it will be thicker - at least 3000 hairs still to come through!!
