The day of the new hairstyle. (the photo was taken an hour before my appointment)

Wow what a shock, didn't expect it to be so different and youthful.

It should grow on me!

Spent the day with the folks and introduced them to the red streak ;)

They're not too keen but realise I'm going to experiment loads!

Using darkener every day now - not a lot but just enough to let me get away with my new funky hairstyle!

Travelled up to Edinburgh.

I am feeling so confident with the new hair-do - someone even thought I was between 24 and 27.

How happy am I !!!!

Busy day at work in Edinburgh with my "go-faster" stripe.

I really do love it up here and am feeling more confident than ever before in my life - 1 month until the second procedure :)

Still busy at work up here in sunny Scotland.

Been out the last couple of nights and am so confident with how everything is going up top.

Have been using a little DermMatch but really this is pure vanity.

I don't need to use anything.

Flew back to England - feeling very tired and a bit under the weather.

Should be up here every week now for a few days which is great for variety and very enjoyable.

Life just couldn't get any better.

Happy being back in England. I do miss home when I'm away which makes it even more special being here.

Starting to slick my hair back now - I love this style - easy and the first time EVER I have been able to do it!

In Edinburgh and feeling great (although starting to miss home and only been here 4 hours hehehe)

Hair is so easy to do - I mix a little bit of Dark Brown and Medium Brown DermMatch just to darken my scalp a little and the effect is awesome.

Really into the slicked back look now - it takes me less than 1 minute to do my hair!

Life is good and full of fun - I cannot believe how confident I feel.

I talk to anybody and everybody now when I'm out - I cannot believe I am the same guy as the shy recluse last year!

Flew back after a very long day and back home - I love getting back as I really miss everything when I'm away.

Hair is still amazing although I'm thinking about changing the red streak to a blonde one....the jury's out on this one for the time being.

Less than 3 weeks to my second procedure. How time is flying by. I am so looking forward to it!

The weekend starts here and the pub is calling.

They reckon in the pub that everytime they see me, I have a different hairstyle....How right they are!

A nice quiet Saturday with a good friend and my folks before the trip up north again.

Can't wait to stop using DermMatch - it can get messy on a light coloured pillow.

I'm sure the clinic will be able to put a stop to me ever using darkener again.

Flew to Edinburgh for another few days...looks like I'll be living out of a suitcase again!

Working hard in Edinburgh again - everytime I go out, I end up asking people how old they think I am (I think I'm obsessed!) - not once has anyone got my age right so far!

Well it's been 7 months since the procedure - time has flown by and the hair has become fantastic.

Looking forward to having the top thickened slightly and my hairline lowered.
2005 really has been my year so far!

Well, back here in Edinburgh for a few days therefore not much to write in my diary.

Working hard, going out with my new "flame" streak look.

Not feeling too good today - didn't even manage to stay at work for more than an hour.

I think the blond streak has gone to my head and so has the beer!!

Tempted to go back to one colour before my procedure.

Should be flying home today but staying another couple of days to make up for the disastrous day yesterday.

Hair is still looking amazing but the streak is not going to last much longer.

Bit disappointed as I've forgotten my tablets so not taking Finasteride for this week.

Less than a week to go and my flight's booked!!!

There's a new drug on the market - Dutasteride.

I ordered some to replace the Finasteride a couple of weeks ago and it arrived at home. I'll start taking it daily on Friday - I think me looks happy :)

Flew back to England and back home now for 2-3 weeks (depending on how long it takes for me to look normal again after my procedure)

Can't believe it's only 5 days away.

Started taking the new drug this evening so now only take a couple of tablets a day...at least I don't rattle anymore!

Got a new "mini" camera so taking piccies couldn't be easier!
